🎨 How to color it

Across the warm lava plain, Nori nudged a smooth pebble with one careful toe. He wanted to call into Mount Mumble for the very first time, but his voice kept hiding in his long neck. The pebble felt cool and important, so he tucked it under his chin. “Ahem,” he whispered. Puff-puff went the volcano.

Nori stretched tall. “HOOO!” he called, not too loud, not too tiny. The pebble answered, “Hooo-hooo-poot!” in a squeaky voice. Nori blinked, then giggled so hard his tail drew loops in the dust. It was not a pebble at all, but an echo egg, saving brave sounds until they were ready.

Soon Mount Mumble puffed, the clouds wobbled, and Nori called again. The echo egg chirped back every silly note. Next time you spot the little stone near his feet, can you imagine it going hooo-hooo-poot across the warm lava plain?
