🎨 How to color it

Layer amber ocher and burnt sienna through the giraffe’s paneled body, use deep emerald and sage on the broad split leaves, and make the round sun ring glow in marigold and pale lemon. The sun answered by fitting each bright piece into place, soft as a quilt laid over a sleeping room. Ever since, giraffes have carried those broken panes of afternoon, so curiosity can run over them and never reach the end.
